• Information filled by customers should be absolutely correct.
• Price displayed on the restaurant e-menu is the same as the price displayed in the physical menu.
• Sajilo Dine is not responsible for the quality of the food and the service provided by the restaurant.
• Customers need to be present in the restaurant when ordering food. Ordering food outside restaurant premises is strictly prohibited.
• Sajilo Dine doesn’t provide any payment gateways. Customers have to directly pay to the restaurant.
• Sajilo Dine shall not be held responsible for any altercation between the users and the restaurant.
• The user must refrain from making any abusive, offensive, vulgar or objectionable comments to anybody on the website.

For Restaurants

• e-Menu prices should be the same as restaurant’s physical menu prices.
• During the period of contract, the restaurant must attend our training so as to get familiar with how the website and our service works.
• The information provided by us to restaurants must remain confidential.
• We reserve the right to cancel the subscription anytime if there is any breach in the rules.
• The restaurant must consent to being recorded on telephone calls used for customer service and/or related purposes.
• We shall not be held responsible for any altercation between the users and the restaurant owners.
• We reserve all rights to cancel a user name or refuse registration.
• Users will be responsible for the comments or reviews posted.
• All information provided by restaurants to us should be correct.
